A medical review published in the Dermatology and Therapy journal concluded the following after analyzing data from clinical trials on vitamins and minerals in hair loss: “Only riboflavin, biotin, folate, and vitamin B12 deficiencies have been associated with hair loss.”
Hairtamin Advanced Formula does contain all four of the above-listed vitamins.
However, as we discussed in our review of the Viviscal hair growth formula, we haven't come across any clinical evidence that multivitamin supplementation promotes hair growth.

This blend is a proprietary (prop) blend, with a total dose of 242 milligrams (mg).
Prop blends only list the total dose, and not the individual ingredient doses, which makes it more challenging to assess each ingredient's efficacy.
Aloe vera leaf powder is the first-listed ingredient in this blend (meaning it's the highest-dosed), but we cannot find any clinical studies suggesting that this plant is effective for treating hair loss.
Bacopa monnieri leaf extract is a strange ingredient inclusion for a hair growth supplement.
The majority of clinical studies we identified on this compound tested its cognitive-enhancing properties, and we can't find any evidence that it impacts hair growth.
We cannot identify one single ingredient in this prop blend that's even been studied for the promotion of hair growth, never mind proven to work.
The inactive ingredients in this supplement, shown in the above image, should be safe and non-toxic.
Overall, we consider Hairtamin Advanced Formula somewhat likely to promote hair growth due to its effective dose of zinc, but we don't currently recommend this supplement because we only consider 1 of its 22 active ingredients to be effectively-dosed.
That being said, if an individual is vitamin-deficient, this supplement may help.

Citric acid is a flavor enhancer and preservative shown in a series of medical case reports to cause whole-body inflammation in a small subset of individuals.
Natural flavoring is a broad categorical term that fails to describe the specific flavoring agents used.
