Return Policy

Illuminate Labs accepts returns and issues a full refund for un-opened product if the return is received within 15 days of purchase, and if the product was a one-time order. Customers can ship returns to the return address listed on their package.

Illuminate Labs does not accept returns for subscription orders, as outlined in the Subscription Terms on our product pages.
