Instantly Ageless is an anti-aging skincare cream that claims to have sold over 7 million boxes and to have been featured on major media outlets like NBC. The brand claims that their product helps users “Look Ten Years Younger In Only Two Minutes!”

But does Instantly Ageless contain research-backed ingredients for improving skin quality? Does the product contain any questionable additive ingredients? What retailer sells Instantly Ageless for the best price? And how do real users rate and describe the effects of Instantly Ageless?

In this article we’ll answer all of these questions and more as we analyze the ingredients in Instantly Ageless based on medical studies. We will give our take on whether the product is likely to be effective for reducing the appearance of wrinkles and improving skin quality, or if it’s a waste of money.

We’ll provide a cost comparison featuring which retailer sells Instantly Ageless for the best price, and feature customer reviews of the product.

Ingredient Analysis

Instantly Ageless ingredients

The ingredients in Instantly Ageless are shown above.

There is one ingredient in this formulation that we consider likely to be effective for improving skin based on a review of medical research.

Acetyl hexapeptide-8 was described as a “well-known component of anti-aging products” in a 2015 medical review, and may have anti-wrinkle effects when applied topically.

There are several ingredients in this cream that may have questionable health effects.

Sodium silicate was described as a “strong irritant to skin, eyes, and mucous membranes in PubChem (although this likely refers to its use undiluted), and has been clinically shown to be a skin irritant in a case study.

Phenoxyethanol is a synthetic preservative that’s been clinically shown to be toxic to human cells, as we documented in our review of Tint & Tighten (another skincare product containing this preservative).

Yellow 5 and Red 40 are synthetic dyes, and this type of colorant was shown in a medical review published in the Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine journal to have the potential to be absorbed through the skin, and to have negative health consequences in the body.

Overall, we consider Instantly Ageless somewhat likely to reduce wrinkles and to improve skin quality generally due to the inclusion of acetyl hexapeptide-8.

However, we don’t consider this product to be a particularly cost-effective way to obtain that ingredient, and we don’t recommend this cream overall due to the inclusion of a synthetic preservative and two synthetic dyes.

But how do real users rate and describe the effects of Instantly Ageless? We’ll review in the next section.

Real Customers Review Instantly Ageless

Amazon is a better resource for honest customer reviews than a brand’s website in our opinion.

Instantly Ageless has been reviewed over 4,000 times on Amazon, with an average review rating of 4 out of 5 stars.

The top positive review from a verified purchaser is written by a user named “Jason” who gives the product a 5-star rating and claims it’s more effective for those with major wrinkles than with minor wrinkles:

“Unlike what others have posted this product does work but you have to be the right candidate. If you watch videos on youtube the people in the video demonstrating the product all essentially have the same skin problems: large bags under the eyes, deep wrinkles or large pores. This is the target customer for this product. I am 33 years old with only slight bags/fine lines under my eyes. When I used this product I could feel it tightening as described. My results weren't as I had hoped.”

The top negative review from a verified purchaser comes from a user named “Laura R” who claims the product was ineffective:

“I patted the product onto my wrinkles and waited...and waited...and waited. After a few minutes of watching the wrinkle not magically disappear it dawned on me why that consultant charged for samples: she knew the product didn't work quite as promised, and knew if she gave it away she'd likely not get anyone coming back to make a retail purchase. By charging $8.00 a vial she was essentially getting $200 for each box.

Did this work to minimize my wrinkles? No. I didn't notice any change whatsoever.”

Conclusion

Instantly Ageless does contain one ingredient that we identified in clinical research to have a potentially anti-aging effect.

However, we don’t understand how the brand can make specific health claims like that it works in only two minutes, because the product doesn’t appear to be clinically tested.

We do not currently recommend Instantly Ageless due to the inclusion of synthetic dyes and a synthetic preservative, nor do we consider it to be a good value based on its price and formulation.

Some customer reviews claimed this product was highly effective for deeper-set wrinkles and bags.

For consumers intent on purchasing Instantly Ageless, Amazon currently has the best price when considering shipping fees.
