Dr. Aly Goldstein, PsyD, MBA is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at On The Goga.

Prior to On the Goga, Dr. Aly was an executive coach and ed-tech product development consultant, and held positions as a child/family therapist, school psychologist, and as an adjunct professor for doctoral students. She has been featured in publications such as HuffPost, Authority Magazine, PopSugar, and Cosmopolitan.

Ever since being hospitalized during a solo trip in Thailand, Dr. Aly has been navigating chronic illnesses and seeking many different alternative methods through food, supplements, and other non-traditional practices.

I think the work Illuminate labs is doing is imperative for our society as the world of supplements and new-age health solutions continues to grow rapidly, and I’m happy to share my experience trying different products on Illuminate Health.
