Elf Bar is a disposable vaporizer (vape) brand that’s become one of the industry leaders. The brand claims to leverage their “user-driven philosophy” and “innovative R&D” to deliver high-quality products.
But what are the different flavors sold by Elf Bar? What ingredients are used to make these flavors? Are these ingredients or dangerous to inhale? And how do real users rank Elf Bar’s flavors in terms of taste and experience?

We’ll also feature unsponsored user reviews of Elf Bar’s flavors.
What Flavors Does Elf Bar Have?
Elf Bar’s website is difficult to navigate in our opinion. There’s no clear list of all available flavors. Rather, the brand sells different vape models each with different flavors.

But are Elf Bar flavors unhealthy? We’ll discuss that question in the next section of this article.
Are Elf Bar Flavors Bad For You?
The ingredients in Elf Bar’s e-liquid are shown above.
Nicotine is a stimulant derived from tobacco, and a 2017 medical review found that use of e-cigarettes containing nicotine caused inflammation, oxidative stress, and periodontal diseases among other negative health outcomes.
Propylene glycol was shown to damage cells in the airway in a clinical trial published in the Respiratory Research journal.
Natural and artificial flavors may have a synergistic effect with nicotine and further induce damage to human health. In particular, a 2016 medical review reported that flavors added to e-cigarette products may “induce inhalation toxicity.”
We find the flavoring ingredients to be especially concerning, given that these are broad descriptors and fail to identify the specific flavoring chemicals used.
Directly inhaling unknown chemicals seems like a very risky choice from a health perspective.
Overall, we consider Elf Bar’s flavors to be unhealthy, but we consider nearly every vape pen product that contains nicotine and flavors to be unhealthy, so our position is not unique to this brand.
A YouTube creator named Lucy Moon has a video detailing why it’s so easy to become hooked on Elf Bars:
We would certainly recommend that consumers speak with a doctor prior to using a product like Elf Bar.
